AquaGO! 1x/week Programs

AquaGO! is a nation-wide recreational program from Canada Artistic Swimming. This program is perfect for children who would like to explore the water, and is a great way for them to get introduced to the water in a fun and safe environment! In this program swimmers will progress through 6 different levels and receive rewards for their progress. Each lesson will have a land and water portion, and will include skills from the four pillars of this program: Swimming Fundamentals, Artistic Swimming Skills, Athletic Abilities (both on land & in the water) and Flexibility. They will learn important basic land and water skills that will give them the foundations for any aquatic sport they might choose to try in the future! Swimmers will get all this while making new friends and enjoying the fun aspects of ‘playing’ and ‘dancing’ in the water that comes with the sport of artistic swimming! Swimmers will develop their musicality and creativity, and create a small routine that they will show at one of our club's watershows.
